Dempsey grew up in the shadow of Chicago and makes some of the best margaritas, martinis, and manhattans on the North Shore. He’s been through his fair and unfair share of relationships, and has been the ear, shoulder, and arms for countless others who’ve stepped to his bar for a drink and a story to tell. He’s a philosopher, poet, and preacher for those who need and heed his words, and can pair any of his opinions and advice with the proper cocktail. Dempsey writes poetry, essays, and stories as his mood drives him, and most of the time his mood is driven by love and heartbreak. At the very least, he’s a good person to drink with.
